We had a great experience with 123 Flooring. They came out the same day for estimates and did the work the next day!! When we ran into problems because of previous poor installation of flooring, they were able to take care of it at a reasonable cost. They even did a couple of extra things we needed done (like hanging a ceiling fan and some new lights for our bathroom renovation. All this for a very reasonable cost. This was a great experience for us, and we will call them next time we need work done.

They were one of the lowest bidders for our flooring project, but also charged next to nothing for all the additional work they had to do (ie, leveling our base floor, moving furniture/appliances, etc.). I got along with Kamran. He didn’t look down on us because we have a small house. He worked with all our requests and got the job done quickly. In the end, the bottom line is that they did a fantastic job and our house looks awesome with our new flooring. I would recommend them to friends.

123 Flooring Inc and Construction was a great company to work with. They replaced my roof on my home and did an amazing job! They completed the work in about 17 hours and I am very satisfied with the work that they did! Kamran was very professional, had great communication, and exceptionally clean/neat work!
