Almost every bathroom failure we are called to repair traces back to waterproofing rather than to the tile on top of it. A shower pan that was not tested, a curb that was not sealed, a niche cut after the membrane went on: none of it is visible once the tile is set, and all of it surfaces two years later.
We self-perform both the plumbing (CR-37, ROC #321444) and the tile setting, so the membrane is installed and flood-tested by people who answer to the same license as the plumber who set the drain.
Typical scope covers demolition to studs, relocating supply and waste for a new layout, framing niches and benches, waterproofing and flood testing, large-format or mosaic tile, glass measurement and installation, vanity and fixture setting, and final adjustment.
A guest bath generally runs three to five weeks. A primary suite with a wet room, freestanding tub and custom glass runs six to nine. Fixture and glass lead times, not labour, set the outside edge of that range.
