Demolition & Removal

Most contractors sub out demolition, which is why it is so often the step that delays everything after it. We own the equipment, so the crew that clears your site answers to the same license you hired.

Our fleet includes excavators, skid steers and DOT-registered dump trucks (USDOT 4570312). Hauling is ours, so debris leaves when we say it leaves rather than when a hauler has an opening.

Work ranges from selective interior demolition in occupied homes through full structural teardown, concrete removal, grading and trenching. Maricopa County permitting and dust-control compliance are handled by us as part of the contract.

Selective demolition inside an occupied house is a different discipline from clearing a lot. Containment goes up before anything comes down, negative air keeps dust out of the rest of the home, and we protect the routes crews walk rather than cleaning them afterwards.

Any structure built before 1989 needs an asbestos survey before demolition under Maricopa County rules. We coordinate the survey and any licensed abatement up front, because finding it mid-teardown stops the job entirely.
