An air conditioner in Phoenix works harder than the same unit almost anywhere else in the country. Sizing it correctly matters more here than it does in a mild climate, because an oversized system short-cycles and never pulls humidity down, while an undersized one simply never catches up in July.

We hold CR-39 (ROC #315935) and perform HVAC in house, which is uncommon for a general contractor. Load calculations are done per-home rather than by square-foot rule of thumb, and duct runs are designed alongside framing rather than squeezed in afterwards.

Work includes new system installation and replacement, full ductwork design and sealing, zoning for two-storey and casita layouts, and mini-split installation for garages, shops and additions.

Replacement work in the Valley is often driven by refrigerant rather than by failure. Systems charged with R-22 can no longer be topped up economically, so a leak on an older unit frequently forces a decision that would otherwise have waited a few years. We will tell you plainly which case you are in rather than quoting a replacement for a repairable fault.

Every install is commissioned before we leave: static pressure checked, airflow balanced room by room, and refrigerant charge verified against the manufacturer's spec rather than by feel. A correctly sized system installed badly performs no better than the wrong one.
