New Construction

A ground-up build is a long sequence of dependencies, and on most custom homes the delays are not caused by the work itself. They are caused by gaps between trades: framing finishes on a Tuesday and the electrician cannot start until the following Monday.

We own the excavation fleet and hold the general, electrical, plumbing and HVAC licenses, so the gaps that normally sit between site work and rough-in are ours to close. Site prep, grading, trenching and hauling are performed by our own crews and DOT-registered trucks.

The sequence runs site evaluation and lot clearing, grading and utilities, foundation, framing, rough electrical, plumbing and HVAC, inspections, insulation and drywall, finish trades, fixtures and cabinetry, then final inspection and walkthrough.

We publish a schedule at contract and update it weekly against actual progress rather than against the original plan. Change orders are priced and signed before the work happens, so the number you approved is the number you pay.
